Wildlife safari to Queen Elizabeth National Park western Uganda: this tour will take you through Lake Mburo National Park on day one to get a glimpse of the Zebras, Impalas, Elands and Giraffes since they are not found in queen Elizabeth national park. Visit to Ishasha sector south of queen Elizabeth for the famous tree climbing lions and after you will head for the boat cruise at Kazinga channel that joins the two lake George and Edward for this wonderful experience, charge your cameras for the photos of the crocodiles, hippos, water birds and lots of animals coming for water.

Day 1: To Queen Elizabeth National Park

Early morning breakfast and a seven hours drive to queen Elizabeth in western Uganda through Kampala, Masaka and Mbarara to the park which is in Kasese district. Our first stop will be at the equator which is a two hour drive from Mukono. Here we shall have a brief break to take photos on the equator line and we shall have the experiment to prove that we standing in the middle of the earth. We will continue through Masaka to Lyantonde town and Lake Mburo park where we shall have our lunch at Rwakobo rock safari lodge. We shall then drive back to the main high way to continue to queen Elizabeth through Mbarara town, Bushenyi and Ishaka. Overnight and dinner at the safari lodge.

Day 2: Tree Climbing Lions

Early morning breakfast and a two and half hours drive to Ishasha sector for the search of the spectacular tree climbing lions. We shall carry packed lunch with us to Ishasha since it’s a long drive from our lodge. After the game drive we shall have our lunch and then a three and half hours drive back to the park headquarters in the northern part of the park to do our boat cruise at 4pm on the Kazinga channel which joins the two lakes George and Edward. It will be a game drive as we drive in through channel track for the boat cruise. Overnight and dinner at safari lodge in the park.

Day 3: Game Drive

Early breakfast and a game drive on this day of our trip; the drive will take us through the famous Kasenyi tracks in search of the big cats like lions, leopards and many other wild animals in this great park. Back to the lodge for lunch, afternoon relax at the lodge or go for an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight the safari lodge in the park.

Day 4: Return

After breakfast we shall start the drive back to Entebbe airport or Kampala city.
